We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Dispatch: Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–5 business days.
Busy periods: Processing may take longer during peak times like Christmas, Easter, or live sale events.
Orders will not be sent until payment is received during live sales.
Delivery: Once shipped, delivery is handled by Australia Post and any issues are out of our control.
