Here at Blended Sweets, all sales are final due to the nature of our products.
Because we sell food items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched. This policy ensures the safety, quality, and hygiene of every product we deliver.
Please note:
Refunds or returns are not available for change of mind.
We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened food items.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order is damaged during transit or contains an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue. Each case will be assess and handled individually.
